Who Wore It Best?

Here comes one of the most popular poles of BPW! Who Wore It Best? This Who Wore It Best is only on this blog and not in the magazine. I didn't want to spoil everything that's going to be in the magazine.     I think Kim K's hips rock that dress, personally.

    Eva looks too skinny and straight in it; perhaps she is too short for the style.
